Shipping
Delivery Time
- Most in-stock orders are shipped as soon as possible. During the holiday season or for shipping outside the continental U.S., please allow additional time.
- We currently do not ship outside of the United States, Canada, and Israel
Processing Times
- Warehouse processing times vary by product. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will start processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next Monday.
- Estimated shipping times at checkout do not include processing time. Lightweight packages (under 9 lbs) are shipped via FedEx SmartPost and may be transferred to USPS for final delivery. Heavier packages (over 9 lbs) are shipped via FedEx Ground.
- Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and military base APO/FPO addresses will take additional time. Some items may ship directly from the supplier, which could affect delivery times.
Note
We strive to ship orders promptly but cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please track your packages through the shipping provider’s website.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
Refunds, credits, or replacements are only granted for:
- Misprinted products
- Damaged products
- Products that do not match the fulfillment information (e.g., incorrect size, color, or type)
To request a refund, credit, or replacement, email a photograph, a brief explanation of the issue, and your order number to Support@thelandofisrael.com within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be honored.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be defective, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Items not in original condition or damaged not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been washed or worn, or have odors
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
- If you have not received your refund after a reasonable time, contact shop@thelandofisrael.com after checking your bank and credit card statements.
Exchanges
Eligibility
Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items. For a different size of the same item, email your order number to shop@thelandofisrael.com for instructions.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. If an exchange is processed, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Charlotte, North Carolina. This includes waiving the right to a jury trial or class action.
Governing Law
This Policy and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
