The U.S. is weighing cutting aid to Jordan and Egypt over their refusal to accept Gaza refugees while continuing airstrikes against the Houthis in Yemen. Meanwhile, Syria, despite its internal struggles, has sent troops to support Turkey, even as Turkey backs Syria’s fight against Hezbollah in Lebanon. With tensions escalating, the region remains on edge.

On the ground, the IDF has secured the Netzarim Corridor, effectively splitting Gaza in two, while military operations continue in central and southern Gaza. The Golani Brigade is now positioned along the southern border, ready for potential future action.

Speculation is swirling that Israel may consider annexing parts of Gaza if hostages are harmed, and Prime Minister Netanyahu has taken a hardline stance against Hamas, marking a significant shift in the conflict.
