If you had told me ten years ago that I would be launching an international health initiative I would have laughed you out of Judea!
But here it is!
“The Judean Diet” is a 90 day program based on the wisdom of the Torah, the teachings of the sages of Israel.
All I can say is that after a lifetime of different diets, this is the only approach that has worked for me.
I am not a guru. Nor do I have a PhD in anything.
