Welcome to the Newest Global Israel Interactive Project that is Inspiring Families Around the World. Join Rabbis Jeremy Gimpel and Ari Abramowitz on their mission to defend Israel, ingather the exiles and inspire the world. www.thelandofisrael.com

First, after a horrific terror attack which claimed four Israeli lives in Tel Aviv, Yishai speaks with Noam Arnon, Spokesman of Hebron about the Jewish origins of the Arab terrorists. Then Yishai wrestles with the controversial issue of homosexuality in the Jewish community with veteran gay rights activist Mordechai Levovitz of Jewish Queer Youth. Finally, Torah from On High as Yishai speaks with Rabbi Jesse Horn about Shavuot and choosing God while flying on the El Al 747-400 on the way home to Israel.

Ruth Jaffe Lieberman the director of the Moskowitz Prize for Zionism joins Josh to discuss tonight’s annual awards ceremony recognizing those who have what it takes to ensure a strong, secure Jewish Homeland. Honorees this year include Caroline Glick, Yehuda Harel, and Rabbi Benny Elon. The Jerusalem event will be streaming live worldwide starting at 7PM Israel time tonight (Monday night 6/6). Also, Josh shares how he believes the future is bright for the Zionist enterprise in the Land of Israel, as he witnessed thousands of Jewish teens proudly marching yesterday in the annual Jerusalem Day Parade, wearing their love for Israel and the Jewish People on their sleeves.

What will you say on Judgement Day? Was the 1967 War a victory for mankind? It’s Jerusalem Day and we’re home in the heartland again.
Bible scholar Dr. Yael Zeigler and Eve Harow discuss the Book of Ruth, read on Shavuot next week, as the antitheses of the Book of Judges in the pre-Davidic period. Social justice, leadership, concern for the ‘other’, unconditional brotherly love- are all rooted in the Tanach, and part of ancient and modern Judean thought and action. Israel of today is collectively rising to the challenge, despite threats against us from within and without. A wheat field is so much more than its sheaves….and Israel so much more than the sum of our parts.

Yishai is on the road, this time Los Angeles! First, is it too late for the American campus? Yishai speaks with Ron Krudo, Director of Campus Affairs at “Stand With Us” – the premier pro-Israel advocacy organization, about winning back the Israel narrative. Then, Yishai visits the LA Museum of the Holocaust with Randol Schoenberg, the U.S. attorney and genealogist who helped recover Jewish artworks stolen by the Nazis, as depicted in the 2015 film, Woman in Gold.

Joining the anti-Israel BDS movement has become the fashionable trend in Europe and on college campuses in the US, but would you believe that a group of 20 Israeli academics are encouraging the BDSers to act against their very own institutions? Sad but true. Also Hamas continues to divert construction materials delivered by Israel towards their weapons arsenal. Isn’t it time to stop supplying Gaza with truckloads of equipment? Finally despite the anti-Israel hate, Sir Elton John rocks it out with 40,000 fans in Tel-Aviv. Take that BDS!

Yedidya Harush lost his childhood home when Israel unilaterally left Gaza and destroyed its 21 Jewish communities in 2005. He tells Eve Harow of Shlomit, Nave and Bnai Netzarim- new towns the refugees built in the Halutza Sand Dunes on Israel’s southern border in the corner of Gaza and Sinai. The hard work, the heat, the hope and the global partnerships. Pineapples and pomegranates and beautiful children are thriving in inert sand. Who says the age of open miracles has passed?

Fire in the hole! First, Rabbi Mike Feuer joins Yishai for Spiritual Cafe to discuss the fire of God’s anger as expressed in the Biblical curses, and the fire of God’s love, as expressed in the bonfires of the Lag BaOmer holiday which celebrate the revelation of the mystical Torah. Then, Knesset Insider Jeremy Saltan on the political firestorm which led to the firing of Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon, a shuffle in the coalition of Binyamin Netanyahu, and the surprise appointment of Avigdor Lieberman.
