Meet Ezra Yakhin, author, lecturer and — according to British
intelligence in the 1940s — one of the most dangerous men in Israel.
Yakhin, now 87, was one of the most prominent members of the Freedom Fighters for Israel, the Lehi, otherwise known as the Stern Gang. He executed countless underground operations against the British mandatory occupation of pre-state Israel, that ultimately led to the establishment of the Jewish state as we know it today.
He joins Arai Abramowitz in-studio to share some first-hand accounts of one of the most tumultuous times in Jewish history, and why they are still relevant.
