Rabbi Shlomo Katz is a world renowned musician, author, educator and the host of The Soul of Israel. He has released seven albums and has toured performing and teaching throughout the United States, Israel, South Africa, South America,
Australia, Asia, and Europe. After learning in Yeshivat HaMivtar in Efrat, Israel, he received his rabbinic ordination in 2006 and has been teaching ever since. Rabbi Katz has been an integral part of building the Shlomo Carlebach Foundation which has been working to preserve, publish and distribute the legacy of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach zt”l as a Jewish national treasure. Today, Shlomo lives in Efrat, with his wife Bina and daughters, Tiferet and Ora Menucha.

Well-connected to Israeli and Palestinian leaders, he has interviewed every major figure across the Israeli political spectrum, has been interviewed by top media on six continents and is a regular analyst on CNN, Al-Jazeera and other news outlets. Called “The most optimistic man in Israel” by Israel Television, Hoffman provides a behind the scenes look at the intrigue and humor in the Israeli political arena. He was raised in Chicago, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern University’s School of Journalism, and wrote for the Miami Herald and Arizona Republic before moving to Israel. A reserve soldier in the IDF Spokesman’s Unit, he has lectured in 10 countries and all 46 contiguous states not named Dakota. He lives with his family in Jerusalem.
Rav Mike Feuer
Rav Mike Feuer is the Educational Director of Bet Midrash Sulam Yaakov, as well as a faculty member of the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies. He has worked in formal and informal Torah education in the Jerusalem area for the last fifteen years, and recently launched a private consultancy to help others embody their vision in creative and compelling content. He holds a MA from Brandeis University and was ordained by Sulam Yaakov. He currently lives in Ma’ale Adumim with his wife and five children. His mission is breaking down walls to build up consciousness.
